Optum Coding Solutions Print Products with 2017 in the title:

Return Authorization Request Due: November 15th, 2017

Must be returned to the warehouse by November 30th, 2017

Optum Coding Solutions Print Updateable Binder Products:

Must be returned to the warehouse within ninety days of receipt

Optum print products that fall outside of regular annual publication dates will be due back prior to new edition publication.

AMA CPT® brand items are returnable in an undamaged sellable condition by the dates outlined below:

Return Authorization Request Due: June 16th, 2017

Must be returned to the warehouse by June 30th, 2017

Electronic Coding Solutions products can be returned within 60 days.

Please contact customer service of Optum for a return authorization number; credit will not be issued and returns will not be accepted without an official return authorization number.

Return authorization numbers must be included with all returns, any products returned after 60 days from day of request will be cancelled.

Credits for returned product will be issued once items have arrived in a sellable condition. Credits are applied by reseller request to open invoices or can be refunded if all invoices are paid.
